We’re offering one lucky group of four the ultimate alpine escape to Val Thorens, France, in partnership with Erna Low. Think snow-dusted mornings, long mountain luncheons, steins in das sunshine and the kind of après only La Folie Douce can deliver.

Chalet Albert Competition Terms and Conditions1. Promoter The promoter is Albert’s Schloss (Mission Mars Limited), UK. Entrants confirm they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.2. Eligibility Entrants must be UK residents aged 21 or over on the date of entry. Employees of Mission Mars, Erna Low, La Folie Douce, St-Germain, and all prize partners (and their immediate families or households) are not eligible. Proof of age and identity may be required.3. How to Enter Enter via the official sign-up form on the Albert’s Schloss website. No other entry route is valid. One entry per person.4. Competition Dates Entries close at 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2026. The winner will be selected by random draw overseen by Albert’s Schloss management within two weeks of closing.5. Number of Winners There is one winner. The prize is for up to four people.6. Winner Notification and Claiming The winner will be notified by email only. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, fails eligibility checks, or cannot travel, the prize is forfeited and Albert’s Schloss may select an alternative winner using the same process.7. The PrizeProvided by Erna Low: • Seven-night 4★ self-catered accommodation in Val Thorens for four guests • Ski hire and lift passes for four guests • Airport-to-resort transfers abroadProvided by Albert’s Schloss: • Return flights for four guests from a UK airport (London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds), selected by Albert’s Schloss based on availability and cost • Flight cost capped at £250 per person (£1000 total) • £500 spending moneyProvided by La Folie Douce: • VIP experience for four including food and drinks (alcoholic drinks included for guests aged 18+ upon ID)Sponsor: St-Germain is an official sponsor of the competition.8. Prize Validity and Redemption The prize must be booked and fully taken by 31 May 2027. All elements must be redeemed together in one trip. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended. Prize is non-transferable, not for resale, and no cash alternative is offered.Blackout dates and exclusions may apply. Final date availability will be confirmed by Erna Low at booking.9. Booking Requirements The winner must provide three preferred travel date options within four weeks of being contacted. A minimum of four weeks’ notice before travel is required. Preferred dates are not guaranteed and depend on partner availability.10. Guest Requirements All four travellers must be aged 21 or over. All travellers must hold valid passports and suitable travel insurance including winter sports cover. Any alcoholic elements of the prize will only be provided to guests aged 18 or over with valid ID.11. What’s Not Included Unless specified, the following are excluded: • UK airport transfers • Room upgrades • Resort and tourist taxes • Meals not stated • Mini-bar, phone, Wi-Fi charges, room service, incidentals • Personal spending or additional activities12. Partner Terms and Liability

By accepting the prize, the winner and their guests agree to be bound by these terms insofar as they relate to the travel elements of the prize.
After the prize is awarded, all service related queries relating to the holiday arrangements must be directed to Erna Low.Albert’s Schloss, Erna Low, La Folie Douce, St-Germain and all partners accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.If any partner cannot fulfil their element of the prize, an equivalent alternative of equal or greater value will be provided.13. Data and Privacy Albert’s Schloss will collect and process entrant data for the administration of the competition. Data will only be shared with partners where required to fulfil the prize. Marketing opt-ins will only be shared where explicit consent has been given. All data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and the Albert’s Schloss Privacy Policy.Winners may be asked (but are not required) to provide a photo or consent to the promotional use of their name, image, likeness or social media handle. No obligation to participate in publicity applies.14. General The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or failed submissions. The promoter may amend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
