This competition is organised by Albert’s Schloss

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Albert’s Schloss, its group companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Entrants can enter the competition through any of the following methods:

• Clicking through Meta Paid Ads and submitting an entry form.
• Completing the website pop-up form, powered by the third-party platform Guestwise.
• Submitting feedback via the Albert’s Schloss customer feedback survey.
  All entries must include a valid email address to be eligible for the draw.

4. Competition Period

• Each competition period runs for four (4) weeks from the launch date.
• At the end of each 4-week period, all valid entries received during that timeframe will be entered into the prize draw.
• Entries do not carry over to the next competition period.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each 4-week period.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the draw.
• The winner will receive a £250 Albert’s Schloss digital voucher, sent directly to their nominated email address.

6. Prize Details

• The prize is a £250 digital voucher, redeemable at any Albert’s Schloss venue.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Standard Albert’s Schloss voucher terms and conditions apply.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during entry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data collected via Guestwise or survey entries will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and, where consented, for future marketing communications.

8. General

• Albert’s Schloss reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms at any time without notice, if necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• Albert’s Schloss’  decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
