• Voucher must be presented alongside a valid Albert’s Schloss promotional postcard at the time of redemption. Both the digital voucher and postcard are required for the offer to be valid.
• One promotional postcard is permitted per valid postal address. One digital voucher is permitted per valid email address. Duplicate entries or attempts to obtain multiple vouchers using alternative email addresses, aliases or other methods may result in all associated vouchers being cancelled.
• Voucher is valid for redemption from 19th September 2026 until 25th October 2026 inclusive. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
• Players that receive a ‘no win’ message after they’ve spun the wheel, still can use their £25 tab on their postcard.
• Voucher is redeemable only at Albert’s Schloss Birmingham and Albert’s Schloss Soho. It is not valid at Albert’s Schloss Manchester or Albert’s Schloss Liverpool.
• Voucher may be redeemed against food and/or drinks. It cannot be used towards the purchase of bottles of Champagne, bottles of spirits, gift cards or merchandise* (Soho only).
• Only one voucher/postcard may be redeemed per group, per visit.
• Guests must be aged 18 or over to redeem this voucher. Challenge 25 applies.
• Voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• Albert’s Schloss reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw any voucher where it believes, in its reasonable opinion, that the voucher has been obtained, duplicated or used through fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, manipulation of the game or any other behaviour intended to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.
• Each digital voucher is unique, may only be redeemed once and becomes void immediately after redemption.
• Albert’s Schloss reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
