The Grand Albert Hotel is pleased to announce a most civilised proposition: a weekend for two in Paris, courtesy of Grey Goose. Entry is entirely gratis and we have taken the liberty of enclosing £500 for “incidental indulgences”. Pack lightly, dream lavishly and kindly conduct yourselves with discretion. One simply does not arrive in Paris unprepared.

1. Promoter

• The promoter is Albert’s Schloss (Mission Mars Limited), UK. Entrants confirm they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be UK residents aged 21 or over on the date of entry.
• Employees of Mission Mars and all prize partners (and their immediate families or households) are not eligible.
• Proof of age and identity may be required.

3. How to Enter

• Enter via the official sign-up form on the Albert’s Schloss website.
• No other entry route is valid.
• One entry per person.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated or deemed fraudulent will be disqualified.

4. Competition Dates

• Entries close at 23:59 GMT on 30th June 2026.
• The winner will be selected at random using a verifiable process overseen by Albert’s Schloss management.
• The winner will be contacted within two weeks of the closing date.

5. Number Of Winners

• There is one winner.
• The prize is for two people.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming

• The winner will be notified by email only.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, fails eligibility checks, or cannot travel, the prize is forfeited and Albert’s Schloss may select an alternative winner using the same process.

7. The Prize

A 3-day / 2-night trip to Paris, France for two people, provided by Albert’s Schloss.

Includes:

• Return travel for two guests from the UK via flights or Eurostar, selected by Albert’s Schloss based on availability and cost
• 2 nights’ hotel accommodation (hotel selected by Albert’s Schloss)
• Total maximum prize value: £2000.
• No additional spending money is included.

8. Prize Validity and Redemption

• The prize must be booked and fully taken by 30 June 2027.
• All elements must be redeemed together in one trip.
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended.
• The prize is non-transferable, not for resale, and no cash alternative is offered.
• Blackout dates may apply. Final availability will be confirmed at booking.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Booking Requirements

• The winner must provide three preferred travel date options within four weeks of being contacted.
• A minimum of four weeks’ notice before travel is required.
• Preferred dates are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

10. Guest Requirements

• All travellers must be aged 21 or over.
• All travellers must hold valid passports, meet all entry requirements for France, and have suitable travel insurance.
• Any alcohol-related experiences (if applicable) will only be available to guests aged 18 or over with valid ID.

11. What’s Not Included

Unless specified, the following are excluded:

• UK departure transfers (to airport or station)
• Room upgrades
• City or tourist taxes
• Meals and drinks
• Mini-bar, phone, Wi-Fi charges, room service, incidentals
• Personal spending or additional activities

12. Partner Terms and Liability

• All travel elements of the prize are arranged by Albert’s Schloss and may be fulfilled by third-party providers.
• By accepting the prize, the winner and their guests agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of any third-party suppliers where applicable.
• The promoter is not responsible for any cancellations, delays or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to travel disruption, strikes or force majeure events.
• Albert’s Schloss and all partners accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Data and Privacy

• Albert’s Schloss will collect and process entrant data for the administration of the competition.
• Data will only be shared with partners where required to fulfil the prize.
• Marketing opt-ins will only be shared where explicit consent has been given.
• All data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and the Albert’s Schloss Privacy Policy.
• Winners may be asked (but are not required) to participate in reasonable publicity.

14. Winner Information.

• The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a request to dataofficer@wearemissionmars.com within 30 days of the closing date.
• If the winner objects to this information being made available, they should contact Albert’s Schloss. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

15. General

• The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or failed submissions.
• The promoter may amend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
